We manufacture Molecular Sieves of various range to cater the needs of Chemical , Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Power plants, Steel Industries , Cryogenic Industries etc… Molecular Sieves are crystalline Metal Aluminosilicates ( zeolites ) with three dimensional interconnecting network structure of silica & alumina tetrahedra, characterized by its specific and extremely uniform pore dimension.
The Molecular Sieves have a strong affinity for water and to some gasses and liquids.. Due to its precise and uniform pore opening it separates molecules on the basis of their molecular diameter. The selective sieve like properties and polarity makes Molecular Sieves highly efficient absorbent i .e extremely high level of adsorption efficiency.
Molecular Sieves have ability to adsorb over a much wider range of temperature than other desiccant. Molecular Sieves have very much higher equilibrium capacity for water vapors under very low humidity range.

The Molecular Sieves are available in four different types . These types are unique and different from each other based upon its pore size and chemical composition .
- : Molecular Sieve is potassium form of aluminosilicate-zeolite. 3A will adsorb molecules which having a critical diameter less than three angstrom (He , H2 & CO)
- :Molecular Sieve is sodium form of aluminosilicate-zeolite. 4A will adsorb molecules which having a critical diameter less than four angstrom (CO2 , H2O & NH3)
- :Molecular Sieve is calcium form of aluminosilicate-zeolite. 5A will adsorb molecules which having a critical diameter less than five angstrom (CH3OH , C2H5OH & “Propane”)
- ::Molecular Sieve is a modified form of sodium zeolite with a pore diameter of 10 angstrom. 13X excludes molecules with effective diameter greater than 10 angstrom.
